Our Rosella and Pomegranate Gin is Here!!
Celina said that our second gin had to be pink. After trying a number of flavour combinations, we finally settled on layering some more botanicals on top of our signature dry gin blend. We’ve source organically grown Rosellas (native hibiscus) from Marvick Farms up north in Red Gully, combined those with Pomegranate Juice and a little sugar to create our Rosella and Pomegranate Gin. The result is a lovely floral note that sits on top of the citrus, more mouthfeel from the pomegranate juice and a little sweetness from the sugar. We are very happy with the final product and it is selling well.
