We want you to be happy with our products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products. We cannot offer refunds for cases where the buyer has changed their mind about the purchase.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We will refund the full original amount of the product purchase. The shipping fees will not be refunded but we will supply a reply paid return shipping label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How to return a product
After you contact us, we will supply you with a return shipping label and a return form. Please enclose the return form we email you with the returned products.
It can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund within 48 hours.
